Hanifeh Sadjady Naini
From my late teenage years, I received positive feedback from friends, family, and acquaintances, indicating that they found conversations with me safe and comfortable. Not only am I considered a good listener and a patient confidant, but also during or after our conversations, they experience a sense of relief and clarity, discovering solutions and untangling their mental knots.
These comments, along with my own interest and enthusiasm in playing a positive and influential role in others’ heroic journey, gradually led me towards the field of psychology and counseling.
After completing my Master’s degree in Personality Psychology and undergoing comprehensive and specialized training in counseling internship, as well as Brief-Focused Counseling (BFC) and Single-Session Therapy (SST) under the instruction and supervision of Dr. Yaser Madani, and attending numerous other workshops and courses, I began offering individual adult counseling.
In recent years, I have been introduced to Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and have completed international EFT courses for individuals (based on Prof. Leslie Greenberg’s model) with Dr. Sahar DarvishSkandari, Dr. Juliette Becking, and Dr. Imke Herrmann, as well as EFT for complex trauma (EFTT) with Dr. Sandra Paivio.
With unwavering commitment to continuous learning and research, I enthusiastically and aspiringly continue my journey in this ever-evolving field, step by step.
